Hi I’m Kelcy Mathews, I use she/her pronouns and I’m a Community Partnership Coordinator in Coos and Curry Counties. I began my career with the Oregon Department of Human Services, Self Sufficiency program in 2011. I have had the privilege of serving in my current community-facing position for the past 5 years.

I am grateful for the opportunity to strengthen community relationships and contribute to meaningful efforts. Witnessing the collective impact of our work in creating a more equitable community is genuinely inspiring. I am passionate about efforts regarding equity, diversity and inclusion and helping make system changes that work better for all Oregonians. It is my aspiration to ensure that everyone can experience a sense of belonging.
