Hi, I’m Kelcy Mathews (she/her), and I’m passionate about building authentic connections and contributing to meaningful efforts that strengthen our community. What began as a job in community outreach has grown into a deep gratitude for the incredible people I’ve met and the opportunity to work together toward a future where everyone feels valued and supported.

Equity, inclusion, and the importance of belonging guide me in everything I do. I’m proud to be part of efforts that helps organize events like PRIDE in the Park and the annual South Coast Diversity Conference, celebrating the resilience and diversity that make our communities stronger.

I find peace in my home, nestled in the woods near the water. I love cooking homemade dinners for my dad, tending to my plants and cats, and burying myself in a mountain of cozy blankets. I also enjoy exploring my creative side through painting and photography.
