Happy New Year

Hello,

This time last year, I was filled with so many emotions, as I stumbled and skipped into a new season of life at the South Coast Equity Coalition. Grateful for co-pilots, grace, accountability partners, and opportunities to grow. It has been an absolute privilege to work alongside some amazing, talented, and bright individuals this year and in so many ways, you all, have been my touchstone.

I have moved away from making a list of New Year's resolutions, but all I can say is that my cup is full of gratitude and really good coffee. If you haven't heard it today, I love you, You matter and You are AWESOME!

When I think of 2024, I am filled with hope and looking forward to the relationships that we will build, fences that will be mended, ceilings that we will break, and another year full of advocacy here at the South Coast Equity Coalition.
