Courtney is a native Oregonian with a passion for investing in community. She holds a B.S. in Biology from George Fox University and a M.S. in Healthcare Administration from OHSU. Growing up in low-income household and experiencing gaps in healthcare coverage ignited Courtney’s passion for access to quality healthcare for all. Most of her working life has been in non-profit healthcare at a Federally Qualified Health Center, but she also has experience in education and emergency management.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, her cats (Sunny & Camo), exploring new places, meeting new people, and eating delicious food. Courtney has been part of the equity coalition since 2019, when it began as an all-volunteer community group. Seeing South Coast Health Equity Coalition evolve into an organization with dedicated staff, and now serving on the Board of Directors is a true privilege.
